01
The cost of an out-of-date asset register
Fleet, plant and mobile equipment are spread across pits, yards, routes and sites, mostly outside a supervisor’s direct line of sight. Manual registers lag reality, so a missing tool, trailer or generator can go unnoticed for days. Mordor Intelligence projects the global asset tracking market reaching USD 54.29 billion by 2031.
02
Real-time location, identification and condition monitoring
- Real-time location
- Live or last-known location of vehicles, equipment and other high-value assets.
- Asset identification
- BLE, RFID, QR codes, barcodes or NFC used to identify, verify and manage assets at pace.
- Condition monitoring
- Connected sensors track temperature, movement, vibration and utilisation.
- Alerts and events
- Automatic notifications when an asset moves, leaves a defined area, or exceeds an operating threshold.
03
The right tracking technology for your site
Script combines BLE for short-range proximity tracking, RFID for identification at fixed checkpoints, UWB for centimetre-level indoor positioning, and GPS with IoT sensors for outdoor location and condition data. Script is platform independent: we select and combine the technologies that suit the site rather than sell a single fixed product.
04
From a location update to a completed action
Location and condition data feed directly into Voix Control, Script’s operational workflow platform. A missing asset, an abnormal sensor reading or a geofence breach triggers an alert and assigns a corrective action to a responsible owner: detect, alert, assign, act, verify.
